Mark SalterMNAEAFounder / Director

Mark is the Co-Founder of Links Estate Agents and an Associate member of Propertymark, the leading membership body for property agents in the UK. His estate agency career began in 1996 as a Negotiator in a East Devon market town for an Independent Estate Agency. In 2002, he moved to Wolverhampton and successfully managed 2 estate Agency offices in Wolverhampton and Sedgley. In 2003, Mark returned to Devon working for an Estate Agency in Exeter before becoming manager of 2 East Devon offices for that same firm. In 2006, Mark started his own Estate Agency, in Exmouth, under a Franchised licence and quickly became one of the market leaders in the town. In April 2012, Links Estate Agents was formed by Mark and Ryan. Outside of work, living in Exmouth, Mark is married with 3 children, is a keen supporter of Exeter City and plays squash regularly.

Ryan LeworthyDirector / Founder

Ryan, who is a born and bred Exmothian, began his agency career in 2006 after studying at Solent University in Southampton. He teamed up with Mark in September 2006 and this was the start of an exciting and flourishing partnership which saw Ryan become a partner of their former license agency, novahomes. Ryan has a very strong knowledge of the local area and during his time in agency has developed a first-rate understanding of the market, along with the ability to easily adapt to changing market conditions. Outside of work, Ryan is a season ticket holder and trust member for Exeter City FC. He also enjoys playing squash , attending the Gym and socialising with his friends and family.

Glenda Budd Sales Progressor

Glenda, is also a born and bred Exmothian, who joined the Links team in 2013. Having collected nearly 20 years of experience working for 2 large corporate companies within the town, and having worked for 14 months for a large company that deals with repossessions, Glenda brings a wealth of experience in the local market to enhance our team. During her time in agency, she has built up an excellent understanding of the housing market in Exmouth and the surrounding areas, particularly during the past few years, where the market has developed and changed so much. Her attention to detail, alongside her strong local knowledge, makes her a real asset to the Links team. Her role as our Sales progressor, where she liases with people, solicitors and other Estate Agents within a chain through to Exchange and Completion of a sale, makes her role unique within our local marketplace. Outside of work, Glenda can often be found walking the length of the seafront for regular exercise with her sister. Other interests include live theatre, sewing, dancing and spending time with her two granddaughters.

Robert Colville – HydeNegotiator

Robert (Bob) was born and grew up in Exmouth where he still lives and has spent most of his life. During the 1980s, Bob served in the Forces as an aircrewman on Army helicopters and, on leaving, spent a few years in office equipment sales before beginning his career in estate agency. With well over thirty years, working locally in the industry, Bob has a huge amount of experience and is highly knowledgeable about the local area. Outside of work, Bob particularly enjoys hiking on the moors and walking the South West Coast Path and has a real interest in local wildlife and conservation.

Julie ParkerNegotiator

Joining Links Estate Agents in June 2014, Julie is also born and bred in Exmouth. She met her husband whilst at Exmouth comprehensive school, now known as the community college, married and moved to Germany for a few years whilst her husband was serving in the Royal Engineers. They moved back to bring up their two sons in the town where they both grew up and still love. They feel very fortunate to have close family living nearby. Julie has always worked in sales and joined the team after working for ten years in Exmouth’s post office, where her sales experience, knowledge and people skills, have given her the understanding needed in a different, challenging but exciting role. Her outside interests include: walking, dancing, swimming socialising with family and friends and musical theatre. She is a former member of EMCO, a local amateur dramatics society that she was involved in for 20 years.

Laura CivillNegotiator

Laura joined Links in January 2018 having spent 4 years working in agency locally a few years ago. Apart from her time spent studying at Oxford Brookes University, Laura has lived in Exmouth all of her life and brings a wealth of local knowledge. She returned to agency after working at the University of Exeter in Student Services, where she gained valuable customer service skills. Laura is passionate about customer service and feels fortunate to work for an agency which prides itself on providing an exceptional customer experience. Outside of work, Laura has a little boy and daughter who keep her busy. She enjoys spending time with her family, who luckily live close by. In her ‘spare’ time she enjoys walks along Exmouth and Budleigh beach and spending time at the family beach hut. She is passionate about the local area and feels fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the country.

Sue StocksNegotiator

Sue moved to Exmouth 15 years ago to enjoy a lifestyle by the coast which was always a life long dream of hers. Whether it’s a sunset beach stroll or a hike around Woodbury Common, she is at her happiest outdoors. She also enjoys weight training, cycling, yoga, drawing, painting & floristry design. She began her Estate Agency career in 1991 and brings a wealth of industry experience to the Links team.

Duncan TaylorMortgage and Protection Consultant

Duncan is Links Estate Agents mortgage adviser. After a degree in hospitality management at Plymouth university, he went on to work in one of the best hotels in the South West before taking a career change and moving into insurance. This role led onto Duncan taking and passing his mortgage exams in 2017. The best part of the role for Duncan is being able to help people move into the home of their dreams. Outside of work he lives in Exmouth with his wife and young family, and can often be found on Woodbury common with their two Labradors or on the golf course if time allows.
